Tasting notes :

This sparkling cider has a bright amber colour and is slightly cloudy. It has been made with 100% eating and cooking apple from gardens and orchards around the property as a cooperative cider.

We find a complex nose revealing ripe fruits, almond pastries, pralines, sweet spices, fresh apples and oak.

Opening with moderate acidity, which develops into a richness due to the oak aging.

Restitution

If and only if there is any breakage during delivery, then compensation for broken bottles will be returned. You may be asked to provide proof of the damage with a photo.
